James M.Ronchi, HCFC (Jim) has over thirty years experience in Environmental and Support Services. He has held multiple positions ranging from Supervisor to Director in Hospitals such as Holy Name Medical Center, Overlook Hospital and Hackensack University Medical Center. Jim is certified by ISSA's Cleaning Management Institute in the basic and advanced procedures of Hard Floor andCarpeted Floor Care and has over 15 years experience in the distribution, sales and utilization of Green Cleaning products. He also provides consultative services and hands on training to hospitals such as New York University, New York Presbyterian and independent cleaning contractors throughout the tri-state area. Jim received his degree in Business Management from Fairleigh Dickinson University.
Frank Pessolano, M.R.E.H., has had more than thirty five years of progressive managerial experience encompassing leadership roles ranging from front line supervisor to Assistant Vice President of support services. His considerable experience in multiple hospitals in the New York/New Jersey metropolitan area such as Hackensack University Medical Center, St. Luke’s Roosevelt, and St. Peter’s University Hospital has shaped his capacity to manage change and lead others in a very challenging industry. He also provided consultative services to NJ organizations such as Robert Wood University in New Brunswick and St. Michaels Medical Center in Newark. Coupled with his commitment to developing the talents and skills of others, Frank brings a unique perspective to the training experience. In addition to his Associate’s degree in Hotel Management, Frank earned his B.S. in Business Management from the University of Phoenix.
Joseph Patanella, (Joe) PT, DPT, MBA, PhD(C) Has thirty years of leadership experience in the health care industry. He has worn two hats throughout his career. One as a clinician, being a Doctor of Physical Therapy and second as an executive leader. He has held roles ranging from front line supervisor to C-Suite executive at hospital systems in New Jersey and Pennsylvania. These systems include Kessler Institute for Rehabilitation, Atlantic Health Care System, Hackensack Meridian Health, Saint Luke’s University Health Network, Rutgers University, and RWJ Barnabas Health. Joes’ strengths are in the areas of leadership and change management. With the only constant in health care being change, Joe is well suited to lead this dynamic industry well into the 21st century. His education consists of degrees from the following schools. BS from Wagner College, BS, MSPT, and DPT from Long Island University, MBA from Kean University and currently finishing his PhD from Seton Hall.
Richard J. Lillo MPA, (Rick) has over forty years of progressive management experience in roles ranging from front line supervision to C-Suite positions at hospital systems in New Jersey and Pennsylvania. His broad range of responsibilities allow him to effectively communicate with diverse audiences and be an effective change maker. In 2021 he retired from full time management responsibilities RWJ Barnabas Health and is now working with Destiny Training Partners training and coaching mid to executive level professionals. Rick is a fellow in the American College of Health Care Executives (FACHE) and a fellow in the American College of Medical Practice Executives (FACMPE). He holds a business degree from Temple University and Master degree from Seton Hall University.
